Loxbox provide a wide colour range of hair extensions making colour matching to your client easy without the need to colour.
If, however you feel it is necessary, we advise to only tone Loxbox hair and always carry out a test piece. Loxbox will not be held responsible for you putting any colour on Loxbox hair and will not be able to exchange the hair once colour has been applied.

This is a commonly asked question. When extensions are applied and removed professionally by qualified and certified extensionists; there is no reason why they would damage your natural hair.
A free consultation will determine what method is suitable for your texture and density of hair type. Your hair will also be tested to make sure the hair is strong enough to for your chosen method.

Loxbox only uses human hair that is donated, sold, or exchanged fairly and ethically that can be traced back to its original country.
Whilst wearing Loxbox Hair Extensions, we recommend avoiding products containing protein, keratin or a high alcohol content as this can cause slippage or breakdown to the bond, or cause brittleness in the hair itself. Do not use too much hairspray as this can be drying to hair extensions as they have no natural oil running through the hair.
After using a moisturising shampoo and conditioner it is wise to use a leave in conditioner and hair oil to comb through and make blow drying easier.

Yes you can make returns or exchanges within one week of purchase.
Due to hygiene regulations, all products must not be opened or tampered with and be sent back in its original packaging for the return/exchange to be accepted.
